Open Positions:

Support (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to questions ASAP
  • Covering GENERAL support and TECHNICAL support
  • Communication with technical staff to solve technical problems/questions
  • Updating the FAQ list available online
  • Monitoring questions, reporting if some of them repeat to often (signs of miss-design)
  • Gathering and organizing Feedback messages
  • Students, living in time zone at least +/- 6 hours CET are preferred due to time optimization for 24 hours on-line support

Community facilitators (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the community on the C:F web page
  • Helping the community to participate in each competition phase
  • Help the teams with comments on their solutions (f.e. if the abstract is not enough informative)
  • Developing and maintaining outside communication channels (Twitter, FB, Flickr, Vimeo, Delicious...)
  • Interaction with community, acknowledging global feedback
  • Following other similar communities and projects
  • Pushing C:F related interesting content into outside communities through own channels and other
  • Communication with facilitators, administrators and editors
