Who can view my profile?

Only registered users will be able to see your profile. Registered users will be able to see all information you add on your profile, but not your birth date or e-mail.

Who can send me messages on the website?

Only registered users are able to send you messages. If you’re having problems with unwanted messages, let us know!

Can I add a link to my website on my profile?

Yes! Click the Manage my profile button on your profile and add a link to your website, Facebook profile, Twitter ID, Skype or MSN messenger ID under your profile picture.

What are sparks and how do I earn them?

Sparks are points you receive based on your activity on the website. See the sparks page for more information. Bonus points are also given to mentors and added to the Schools at the Finals of main C:F competition to define the Most Innovative Schools Hall of Fame.

How do I enable or disable e-mail notifications or change my e-mail?

Click the Manage my profile button on your profile and change your e-mail preferences in the notifications box. Note: you will still receive important site updates even if you disable e-mail notifications.

How do I change my password?

Click the Manage my profile button on your profile and choose a new password in the password change box.

Can I delete my account?

If you want to have your account permanently deleted, please contact us with your request. We’ll be sorry to see you go and we’ll appreciate it if you also let us know about the reasons for wanting your account deleted.
