our solution (Finals)

Challenge

Title

Abstract

By 2030, we envision a ‘greener’ world, where education is commonplace and starvation is non existent. We will achieve this by involving the community in fun competitions, which will improve the developmental levels; while allowing winners of each challenge to meet their favourite celebrities and be recognized for their achievements. The celebrities will add a great sense of excitement and motivation to truly make a difference. We will start our project with one of the fastest growing countries in the world, India, and then eventually expand to more and more nations. The challenges will aim to improve the environment, decrease poverty, and increase literacy. We will organize these challenges three times every year to address the issue of sustainability and continue development. We have taken very successful steps in order to translate our project into reality. We collaborated with sponsors, and convinced some of the most popular celebrities in India to be a part of our project: John Abraham and Mohit Lalwani. Furthermore, we gained political support from one of the most important politicians in India, Mr. Rajeev Pratap Rudy, the National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).The Grand Prize money will help us further to start our project by giving us the financial freedom to advertise, travel to meet sponsors and celebrities, set up office, and also support all other administrative expenses that we may incur.

Involving celebrities sounds very attractive but otherwise, your proposal need some depth. the Title of the project again is very attractive, but you need to explain your idea on writing as to how to make this world one nation, one world.

A cultural exchange program on an international level, to create an understanding that we are all same and that we have same needs as a human. or something else may be

Nevertheless, I wish you all the success !!

our solution (Semi-finals)

Challenge

Title

Abstract

By 2030, we envision a ‘greener’ India, where education is commonplace and starvation is non existent. Our project focuses on organizing a week of challenges every year in which numerous teams will compete to complete tasks that will involve making a difference. These challenges will aim to improve the environment, decrease poverty, and increase literacy. The ‘face’ of these teams will be the highly admired Bollywood actors of India, who will not only be a part of these teams, but will also add a great sense of excitement and motivation to these challenges. The involvement of Bollywood actors is expected to be an ongoing process throughout the years in order to achieve sustainability; since many Bollywood actors have been strongly involved with charity since many years. A classic example is Bollywood star Salman Khan’s greatly successful charity organization ‘Being Human’ and the recent ‘ ‘NDTV Greenathon ‘ project supported by most Indian celebrities. The challenges for the project will be carried out in a few cities in the first year, and then expand to more cities every year. Thus, once the tasks are carried out in certain cities in year 1, then many teams will move on to different cities in year 2, but there will still be teams carrying out the challenges for the same cities of year 1. This will allow us to expand and simultaneously achieve sustainability. The winning teams will be rewarded monetarily. The initial revenue to start the project will be obtained by pitching to various organizations who support NGOs, including Tata Steel. Once the project is implemented, it is expected to produce significant revenue and achieve great levels of sustainable development; therefore truly making a difference.
