Title
Abstract
LiYLR is a series of events hosted in peoples' living rooms. Each event combines a musical performance with dialogues about real-world social projects. LiYLR brings together hosts, musicians, project leaders, and their network for music and meaningful conversation in an intimate space. The music serves to relax and inspire the participants. The musicians share personal stories to kindle an environment of trust. The project leaders gain new input. Together, the music and action build solidarity, encourage personal passion and unite people with diverse backgrounds. Each participant is a contributor. To date we have held 4 LiYLR events, launched an online social platform, and developed a 12-step approach to guide future events. In the future, we plan to tour the United States in order to generate interest and spread the movement.

Abstract
Life in YOUR living-room: movement of Jah people "The ability to go from one heart to another exist in the context of art and music!" Mark Johnson, Playing For Change The idea LIYLR is intimate live music events in a private person´s living-room. By initiating these events locally our vision is create a global LIYLR movement! Our mission is to inspire people around the globe to open their homes and meet in the heart again, enabling artists to bring their healing and connecting potential out to their local community. All in YOUR living-room! "I like your idea of the inclusion of music in all spheres of our lives:-) I think that art brings people together and develop in them a critical attitude. It is an expression of our feelings and our body language. It`s enough to say that music moves the borders of today. " Nadežda Dajković, C:F 2011 The need The world is calling for more leadership! People of the world need to realize the resources they are themselves and becoming the change they want to see in their own community. Starting with our own needs for change we want to lead our lives with the people and the means we love. Then inspire others to do the same! "If i get it right, LIYLR is designed to maximize the 'ripple effect' such that the little intimate gatherings become fuel for a global movement of enlightened fun. That is awesome." Adedayo Adeyanju, C:F 2011 The belief Our inspiration comes from our passion for; connecting with people, music with it´s healing powers and meeting in the heart for a more magical life wherever we are! Knowing that we are able to move on our dreams and see them taking shape in real life makes us come alive. ”Don´t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and then go do it. Because what this world needs is people who have come alive." Howard Thurman

I agree with my friend Nadežda :-) really nice... my favorite sentence is: 'Don´t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and then go do it.'
good luck! (you can check my team's solution too) :-)

This is awesome, as my fellow country man - Adedayo Adeyanju did say. Aside having the 'in-your-living-room' setting, you may want to add 'in-our-studio' << because:
Not all living rooms may be designed (archictecture and money-wise) to accomodate the idea
"in-our-studio" - allows for an alternative and a meeting place for people to come ALIVE.
