Abstract

This project is based on two major issues: getting a job dilemma (experience=>job; job=>experience): Experience transfer (from professionals to youth sector – see team’s name). The objective is to study consumer behavior by developing a community of student entrepreneurs and managers in the tourism sector, to prevent brain drain, develop youth workforce, promote internal assets (country’s brand). Major finding: understanding tourist experiences and behavior by analyzing their motivations and identifying the key attributes they are seeking. Achievements: - Student’s database promotion - E-Learning program. - Web site promotion. - Attractions, customs, traditions - National catalog - Qualitative and quantitative research
