HOW FAR CAN
50 EUR TAKE YOU?

And the winners are...

My idea:

I would like to spend Euro 50 for a girl child education as in our country, this amount makes a child to study for one year. Educating a female means educating the whole family because today’s girls are tomorrow’s mothers. When we educate girls today then we can secure our future generation. As mothers they can develop their children from a very young age.
And from next years onwards, I will take care of that girl child's education as I will be earning as it is my final year of being a student.

My idea:

In my country 50 euros would make approximately
6000 rupees which are enough to enable a willing and
needy child to study for 4 years in a government school.
I think ill go ahead with that.

My idea:

I would use the money as microfinance loans for entrepreneurs who are living in poverty. Two 25 euro loans can help two of these people start their own businesses or expand the existing businesses. The entrepreneurs will use the increased incomes to pay the loans back. I will then loan the same funds to other two entrepreneurs. Microloans have a repayment rate of over 95%. This means that I will be able to help up to 40 households to permanently increase their incomes.
