Challenge:Future Launches a New Global Program and Invites YOU to Take Part

by C:F Team on 18th June, 2015 at 1:20 PM CEST

Global initiatives of today, including TEDx, ToastMasters and PechaKucha, have been launching successful programs which allow change makers around the world to create locally designed and managed projects and events. So, we are in the good company! As of July 2015, Challenge:Future introduces the C:F IMPACT Program, run by the recognized C:F community members and C:F Summit alumni. You also have a chance to take part and make positive impact on your community and the world at large.

What is C:F IMPACT Program?

C:F IMPACT is designed to help communities, organizations and individuals to spark action and connection through focused projects connected to the mission and vision of Challenge:Future Global Youth Think-Do-Tank.

The projects can be proposed by any C:F community member, and if it meets the criteria and gets approval of C:F board, the project team run by a director has all the freedom (and responsibility!) to make the impact happen under a free license granted by Challenge:Future.

Why participate in C:F IMPACT Program?

C:F IMPACT could mean YOUR everything: your opportunity for global impact, your opportunity for self-growth, an excellent networking platform for you and many others, your chance for skilling up and even a possibility of self-employment.

When will the C:F IMPACT Program start?

Several C:F IMPACT are set to start operating in the trial period of six months (July through December, 2015) - as we would like to pilot and perfect the Program before going big. And if the trial period of the program goes well, it will be expanded and open to all C:F members!

How will the C:F IMPACT Projects be organized?

C:F IMPACT Projects are run by C:F Directors - agents for better future selected by C:F board. The license for the Project is granted to the C:F Directors for the projects that meet the following criteria:

  • Project goals, objectives and the action plan are aligned with the values of Challenge:Future (C:F) and directly tied to the mission of C:F: to actively engage global youth and accelerate ideas, talent, leadership and innovation for a better and smart future
  • The project is designed in the spirit of C:F- allowing active youth imagine, invent and implement a better future
  • The project allows to empower the youth glocaly - that is globally and locally
  • The project is respectful to all races, ages, gender, religions, sexual orientations and actively displays radical inclusiveness to human life and dignity
  • The project provides measurable and clear impact
  • The project is able to function as an independent body
  • The project reports on major decision and provide feedback to C:F management board on a monthly basis

On the other hand, the Challenge:Future will provide:

  • Full visibility of the actions of all projects over the Challenge:Future platform and C:F social media channels
  • The C:F brand licence and the C:F directorship title
  • PR support for the directorship and consultancy hours
  • References and support for your CV and professional development
  • Potentially self-employ with C:F if you are that good!

What are the first C:F IMPACT projects?

We are delighted to introduce the first two C:F IMPACT projects:

C:F IMPACT The Future Book run by Director Nubi Kay

C:F IMPACT Creative Content run by Director Seema Bansal

In the following month, we will introduce more C:F IMPACT pilot projects - which will allow us to test the idea and develop it further in 2015. If you are interested and would like to be put on a short list, please, email Stefan Alijevikj, CF Vice-President of Community, with your idea at stefan@challengefuture.org.
