Jatin receives Karmaveer Chakra (Instituted by iCONGO in partnership with the United Nations)

by C:F Team on 8th April, 2015 at 2:13 PM CEST

Warmest congratulations to one of CF's most dedicated community members, Jatin Kataria. Just recently he has been awarded the "REX Karmaveer Chakra Award". C:F Team has communicated him and have asked him few questions regarding his recognition.

CF Team: Jatin, you have been truly one of Challenge:Future most recognized community members, always in touch with latest news, always enthusiastic to push things forward and always connecting CFers from many corners of the world. How have been things lately on your side? How have you grown after last edition of C:F summit?

Jatin: Thank you for your special words and the truth is that I love to play in the bestest virtual garden i.e. Challenge Future. That have only lead me till Youth Advisory board member & editorial board member of CF. More to  that it was great moment to join Hayley & Stefan as CoLead of GrowR which is Visionary peer to peer initiative of CF.

Actually When I was at CF summit in 2013, my journey as a serial & social entrepreneur was already started. I am Founder of my organization called WE Group | Volcano of GloCal Solutions. WE Group is globally diversified group having 6 verticals working into multiple business & social sectors (Strategic Business & Management and Business Development consulting, rural development, training and workshops, entrepreneurship empowerment and mentoring, citizen leadership and promoting talents glocally).

Aside that, I have been affiliated as a CoFounder to ParinDay, India - Pakistan Friendship project which was started with C:F-er Hina Hazrat, Alumni Achievers: for promoting extraordinary stories of achievers from global organizations, Unique StartUp CoWorking Space for empowering entrepreneurs and providing entrepreneural work environment to start ups and the final, Peferct Paradise for highly creative personalized gifs, product photography and business branding solutions. More to that I am on my way of writing two  books i.e. "Innovation in Corruption" and "Does the world really understands youth?" :)

C:F Team: It sounds fantastic to hear on your ongoing engagements! Aside that, what have really sparked us now to approach you for an interview was that you recently received an award, the Karmaveer Chakra Award! What does this award means for you? Why you have been awarded this prize?

Jatin: One fine day I received an email in which it was written that "You are one such person who is our CHOSEN hero and champion of change and have been nominated and chosen in approval with all our erstwhile fellows and board members. REX Karmaveer Chakra & REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship means a lot to me. I am proud to receive the Chakra and I feel more proud and honored to see those people who also received the Chakra.

Karmaveer Chakra (Instituted in partnership with the United Nations) & REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship helps life-changing innovators from around the globe to integrate within the REX and Karmaveer community. These Chakra recognize and applaud the social commitment of concerned individuals, have pro-actively worked for bringing a positive transformation in the society and the world we live in.

Karmaveer Chakra is the National Medallion of honour to Be & Lead the Change. These award was instituted with a simple passion mantra - to recognize real life unsung heroes who believe ‘It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness’.

CF Team: You have shared one wonderful Growr TIP this year on Growr Facebook site where you have advised the community to "always value people, don't judge them". As co-leader of Growr for 2014 and 2015 and as a member of the C:F Youth Advisory Board for 2015 which is to be announced officially soon, what esle you would advise C:F community?

Jatin: When I received REX Karmaveer Chakra during REX concLive, I met few of the greatest change makers, people who are civil war survivor, war fighters, served the nation, life survivors , youngest TEDx licence - & - People who are blind, deaf, those who lost their body parts even spinal code - & - People who are close to reality and fighting for human right, justice for men, child abuse, transgender, domestic violence, better education, better opportunities, fighting for underprivileged kids and list is long. What I observed was that everyone is living their life with hope of making this world a better place to live with hopelessly optimistic mindset.

With this experience my advice is very simple 'Dont think you have problems in life because there are people in the world are facing greater challenges and fighting with smile + strong spirit and supporting others. So just Dont complain, try to go toward "Zero" complain mode, have solutions oriented approach in life and whenever you get the chance to speak up & fight for betterment of other, just dont think much because what you DO matter a lot. "Do Now" because we have one life to live and its perfect time to make a difference and Do right every wrong.

C:F Team: Thank you Jatin! It has been a pleasure to have the word from you. We wish you further growth and continual success. Keep the good spirits!
