Happy Habits!

Happiness is all around and inside us, but we all sometimes underestimate small things that make us happy. JOY OF SIMPLE PLEASURES which have the potential to turn a world around, such as: a smile, a kind word, talk with our dear people, small act of caring, the sun.Yes, sun!

Did you know that sun energy can also help you to be and stay happy? It’s proven in mood fixing. Just whenever you have opportunity (when is sunny weather), or whenever you need some energy turn your palms toward the sun, and hold them up for about 20 seconds, and you will feel energy ;) 

According to medical experts, we have an average of 60,000 thoughts a day; 95% are the same thoughts we had yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that. The vast majority of those habitual thoughts are negative.

CHANGE VOLUME LEVEL OF YOUR ALARM CLOCK - If you are among people who put their alarm clock on the highest level, and get nervous as soon as they wake up, try this. This is also based on my experience, now my alarm clock volume is on minimum and i wake up with no stress.

Happiness is motivation for all human actions. And it should be considered as a goal.

I found this interesting site on the Internet. It’s a test that would evaluate your happiness level.

More interesting than results is what’s written after it. It’s one example about OPTIMISM, and how news can be viewed from several aspects. Warmly recommend to read it.

Next time when you’re in a rush, and think you will not meet the deadline, just remember this: being nervous won’t help you to fix the things or to get them done faster, so relax, and THINK POSITIVE :) and everything will be ok.

Thanks alot for this post. I ve always found happiness in all my dealings and as for the movie "pursuit of happiness" I saw a year ago and it starred Will Smith and his son it really touching.

You see, my name means "eternal joy" so, am happy as I am, with who I am and with what I'll become in the nearest future.
