Are you back from your summer holidays and ready to welcome the Fall?
Well, some of us surely did and they went on to spend their vacation in a meaningful way! So, we thought of asking you earlier about YOUR meaningful vacation and how did you spend it in a Fun Quick Challenge.
We asked you to submit a photo of your meaningful vacation! Post the picture, spread your creativity wings and take us on a ride through your awesome vacation memories! We also asked a comment on how the picture is showing a meaningful vacation.
Let’s meet the Judges first! They are Bistra, Sandra & Sayanee! The judges had a hard time deciding and in total we are announcing 3 winners who will all get one Fun C:F T-Shirt and a meaningful book: Joel Barker’s “Five Regions of the Future”!
Ready for the three winners who wowed the Judges?
this picture was taken this summer when I with my sister train children to dance 'Tari Payung' (a traditional dance from Indonesia) for art concert in my village. It is meaningful to preserve ancient culture, isn't it?
The Judge says: “It is meaningful to preserve ancient culture, isn't it?” the submitter asks in the comments, and I would say “Yes, definitely is!” He truly captured the uniqueness of Indonesian culture and the need to find meaning in original customs and tradition and preserve them through art.”
I took this photo last April, in a Beach in Camiguin. I was able to capture the amazing colors of the sky during sunset. The vacation that I had was very meaningful, especially that I was able to appreciate the beauty that God has given us and it made me realize that not everyone can see this kind of beauty. *wink*
The Judge says: Nature – a reason to find meaning, and a reason to feel grateful. This beautiful photo captures the marvelous sky and endless horizon in front of the eyes of a person who finds it inspiring enough to share it with the people. Sweet and lovely!
Playing the game, choose the role by yourself.
Vacation means just shifting from one activity to another. Changing physical activity into mental one is the best way to improve the consciousness and to develop in harmony. Playing chess is such a useful activity. Robert Fisher, the great chess player, once said that “chess is similar to a life, only a life - total war, and chess - war limited”. We all need more practice.
The Judge says: I really like this picture, and the description is very motivating and pretty much goes together also with things what you can do in C:F.
Congrats to the winners!
A big big congrats to Saefuludin, Danna & Lyubov! One Fun C:F T-Shirt and One Meaningful book from Joel Barker’s “Five Regions of the Future” is heading their way to each of your home! Do check your C:F Inbox soon as our C:F Gnomes will contact you for your home address!
