Hey C:F enthusiasts,
Hope you had a great week with lots of new ideas in your life!
This time we focus on water and what can we do to save it. Do you know that a toilet uses about 30% of the total water used in a household? Did you know that an average old toilet uses from 9 to 13 liters of water each of the 5.000 average flushes per year? What about the fact that by 2025 for 2.8 billion people it will be a daily problem to find water?
Today, we present Lila, the youngest C:F fan, offering a new solution on how to save water, which she got from our great community member, Krste Kostoski. She melted our hearts, brought tears in our eyes and made us realise why we have to save water. For her, for the next generation, for our grandchildren.
Lila understood how important it is to save water and she made this video for the whole world to know, to share it with everyone. Help her spread the message across the world.
So let’s recap how you can save 2 litres of water every time you flush: an empty plastic 2 L bottle, some small rocks and 2 L of water. First, insert the rocks into the bottle so it won’t float, then fill the bottle with water and close the cap. Place the bottle carefully in the toilet’s tank in a position not to touch the flushing mechanism. And now congratulations for saving about 10.000 liters of water per year.
Proud of our youngest C:F fan,
Nadya and Dan

Lila is a natural born talent, the way she explains, plays with the camera and everything. I had a great pleasure working with her and I really hope we'll see more of her natural way of being adorable.
