In the last Weekly Hot Topic, we asked everyone to name an influential person that you believe should be in the new C:F Advisory Board. The names that we received were mostly people of older generation. Since C:F believes in empowering the generation of youth and that youths can also be the source of inspiration for others, we would like to ask everyone to:

Name a person under 30 that inspires you.

We will take all your nominees (under 30) the into consideration when selecting the next C:F Advisory Board member. We want to create a panel of truly diverse C:F advisors for this year.

There are outstanding youngsters all over the world. Unconvinced? Check out the list of young innovators under 35, published by Technology Review, you will see that inspirational youth are making leaps and bounds in innovation in virtually all aspects of our life including medicine, computing, communication, electronics, nanotechnology and more!

Share with us someone under the age of 30 that inspires you, whether it is your peer, classmate or your sibling. And tell us why he/she would make a great C:F advisor.

So, use the comment box below and let us know your nominees.

Fellow youths are a great inspiration!

I would like to nominate Anoushka Shankar. She's a brilliant Sitar player and composer. And I believe she's truly redefining the future of music and culture by experimenting with traditional and fusion music.
She's also an avid supporter of PETA and UN Food Program.
