C:F's Donation to Haiti

by C:F Team on 26th January, 2010 at 1:08 PM CEST

Challenge:Future donated $127 USD to the International Committee of Red Cross on behalf of the entire C:F community and the C:F team.

Until yesterday, the story by Johanny regarding the Haiti Earthquake has gathered 35 C:F members' thoughts and well wishes. Since we are committed to donate 20 cents for each member's comment on the story, we have raised $127 of donation in total (including donations from the C:F team) and passed it on to the Red Cross.

We sincerely thank everyone for taking the time to help our cause and to spread the word of compassion, specially: Sayanee, Vallabha, Chinmay, Alexandra Catherine, Denis, Ana, Antonius, Dan, Vikram, Xu Su, Kliment, Yen Ching, Nubi, Niveditha, Gustavo, Ioana, Dan Bee, Maria Angela, Jake, Vlatko, Nena, Siddharth, Jatin, Adnan, Sholpan, Ioan, Damjan, Alja and Andreja for their great comments.

What we have donated is only a small drop in the ocean of aid that's needed for Haiti to recover. So our donation process is still carrying on! Challenge:Future's next donation will be made on February 9th to Mercy & Sharing for abandoned children in Haiti. Please join us by heading over to Haiti Needs Our Help to comment if you haven't had the chance. Don't forget to invite your friends to do so too, as every little bit helps.
