DESCRIPTION:

The Youth Citizens Danube Network (YCDN) is an international non-governmental non-profit youth organization aimed at promoting diversity among young people from the Danube region by providing them with opportunities to exchange their knowledge, experience, opinions and views.

Do you want to take part in shaping the future of your country and are you  currently enrolled at a University in the Danube region?

Young Citizen Danube Network (YCDN) needs your creativity and ideas!

YCDN is  currently about to create a youth office that aims to promote civil engagement and intercultural understanding in the Danube region as well as addressing current youth issues such as the high unemployment rate by providing the youth with opportunities to exchange knowledge,

experience, opinions and views.

The team of YCDN consists of students and we want to create a foundation for the youth by the youth and this is why we need your ideas!

What should such a youth office look like?

How may it work?

What should the main focus and tasks be?

If you are currently a student enrolled at a University located in the Danube region, send us your essay until 30/05/2013 to contact@ycdn.eu outlining the framework for your ideal youth office.

The five most convincing essays will be rewarded with an invitation to the YCDN conference on 22/06/2013 in Munich amongst distinguished experts and representatives from politics, science and economy.
