Clarity Schedule yourself a time of day when you can think about what worries you. Rigidly tell yourself as the day goes by that you could not dwell on these things before the allotted time. Set aside 60 minutes for this purpose. Once you reach your time limit, put your mental focus elsewhere, and do not allow yourself to continue worrying. This is a structured approach, and a great way to stay in control. If your sleep gets interrupted by a serious anxiety attack, take action against it immediately.
