What are the C:F Schools?

Challenge:Future Competition stands at the heart of all think tank’s activities. In this radically inclusive, open innovation, sustainability-focused competition, youth teams compete to solve unique global challenges. During the C:F Competition 2009-2010, we had more than 245 faculties and universities from 72 countries. The 2011/12 competition brought us more than 980 schools from 190 countries. As we are starting the 2013 competition, we have a lineup of more than 1500 schools from over 200 countries.

Challenge:Future offers:

• a unique learning and development opportunity for all undergraduate, graduate students and youth aged 18 to 30,
• a new avenue for developing mentoring and teaching excellence for faculty members, and
• a chance to demonstrate openness to innovation and global vision for a school as a whole.

Bonus points are also added to the Schools at the end of the Competition to finalist the list of schools in Hall of Fame. Please check out the Sparks page.

Become a C:F School

We invite you to take part in this exciting new experience called Challenge:Future and to become one of the Challenge:Future Schools. If you would like to join us as a C:F School and be part of the engaging process to shape the future, contact us with the name of your school coordinator and we would be happy to forward you more information!

• Explore and enrich your educational curriculum via C:F themes, such as climate change, innovation, and sustainability
• Become one of the 10 schools with most active and successful students, teams, and mentors to be recognized in the Challenge:Future Hall of Fame
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and innovative thinking among students in the process of team creation and working together on the challenges
